Kesteven and Sleaford High School

Kesteven and Sleaford High School is a selective secondary school in Sleaford and part of the Community Inclusive Trust. It operates within the Sleaford Joint Sixth Form partnership and provides education for girls in Years 7–11, alongside a co-educational Sixth Form.

The school’s stated aim is to support students in achieving their academic potential while preparing them for further education, employment, or training. Its curriculum is designed to provide a broad range of academic and personal development opportunities, supported by extracurricular activities.

The school places emphasis on high standards of teaching, behaviour, and learning, alongside pastoral support and student wellbeing. It also aims to develop students’ confidence, independence, and transferable skills for future progression.
